PROMISING GENERATION 2025 CHRISTMAS FUNFAIR In the bid to give the students a memorable end of the year party celebration, the management of Promising Generation Secondary School organized a Christmas party at Ellysam Hotel and Suites which aimed at giving students opportunity to unwind Christmas in a different way going outside the shores of their school environment.  The programme commenced with the arrival of students at the venue. Activities lined up for the day included music, dancing, indoor games, and interactive sessions, all of which created a lively and cheerful ambiance. One major highlights of the events is taking of pictures and presentation of gift by Santa popularly know as Father Christmas to students. In the course of the programme, the teachers ensured proper supervision  throughout the event, maintaining decorum while allowing students to enjoy themselves freely. IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD

PRAISE AND THANKS-GIVING SERVICE In the presence of God, there is fullness of joy. This is the experience and expression on Friday, 5th December 2025 , by the students and staff of Promising Generation Secondary School, Ilaro who were found amidst a joyful noise of praise, dance, and celebration as they gathered to give glory and adoration to Almighty God for successfully completing the First Term of the 2025/2026 Academic Session. The thanksgiving service, organized by Mr. Buoye Olusoji brought together students, teaching and non-teaching staff, as well as members of the school management.  To commemorate the day, the programme witnessed Praise and Worship, Choreography, Drama presentation, and Special song rendition from JSS 1 to SS3. YEWA LAND STUDENTS' COMPETITION

THE 3-DAY YEWALAND STUDENTS’ COMPETITION ORGANIZED BY THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF YEWA STUDENTS (NAYES) Following an official invitation received to participate in a three-day competition for Yewa students in secondary schools, organized by the National Association of Yewa Students (NAYES), our school participated actively in the event. The competition comprised inter-school speech, quiz, and various games. In preparation for the programme, the school mobilized six (6) students to represent in the different activities as scheduled by the organizers. Day One Activities The first day of the competition featured the arrival and registration of participating schools. Later in the evening, a quiz competition and an inter-school speech contest were held.
